2. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquids, pods, disposable vapes, or coils
cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
E-liquids or refills once opened
Disposable vape devices
Coils, pods, or tanks that have been used
Products without original packaging or tamper seals
4. Return Process

or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, product photo, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is approved.
Once approved, the product must be returned via our courier partner within 2–3 business days.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on
your preference.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct item at no
additional cost.
If the product is out of stock, we will offer a replacement option or store credit of equal value.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
